On the 28th of July, I'll be off to Okotoks to see my dad. On the 18th of August, I'll be getting surgery for my knee. I don't know when I'll be coming back home after my surgery, provided I don't fall into a coma when they put me to sleep haha...
-shifty eyes-
If I get back home by the 21st, then I'll be going out to the lake for camping (right after surgery FTW? I just won't get the stitches wet.) so I won't be on until... the Monday after the 21st. Which is the... 24th. Yeah. So, any threads I'm in, when we get to that point, either I'll have my characters walk away for a bit, and then join back in later, or... I don't know. We'll figure something out.
I just don't like RPing at my dad's because they have this security thing on there where I can't just delete the history. And last time I was RPing there, my dad checked out this foreign site, found out who my characters were and read my threads, then proceeded to tell me how much of an excellent writer I am and how I should write a book.
... Thank FUCK it was a clean roleplay. LOL.
Anyway. Just so you all know.

Holy crap, that sucks. If my parents found out I could write as well as I do here, I might get grounded for half-assing every English essay I've ever written. XD (my occasional vulgarity here would probably aid in that grounding, lol.)
surgery? what the hell did you do for your to knee to need surgery? lol just joking, but seriously, what happened?
fishing... I almost remember the last time I went fishing... I was 3... I think...
well have fun... if you don't go comatose, that is XD see ya at the end of the summer!

My mom know I can write well when I write what I want, and that I suck ass when writing what I'm told to write : ) So I'm safe there. My dad on the other hand...
This is what I did to my knee.
There's no fish in the Lake I'm going to... In fact, it's not even a lake. It's a massive sink hole, filled with water from an underground ravine. So there are no other bodies of water attached it to. Everyone just calls it a lake. It's actual name is "Pine Lake".
You haven't fished since you were three?? What's wrong with you?! Haha. I last fished about 3 weeks ago.

The city life is what's wrong with us. XDD
Plus, I dunno about Canada, but in the US of A, you need: 1) A fishing license, which costs you money every month (or maybe just every year). 2) To be fishing at an official fishing hole.
Obviously, you need tackle and bait and stuff, but all they every have at the sporting goods stores are a small selection of poles. ONLY poles. No line, no nothing. XDD
You know what the sad part is? The "fishing" we did all those years ago was going out to a fish farm where there were big old pools of water with like a thousand fish in each of 'em; we grab a pole each, dad shows us how to cast; two seconds later, fish bites, dad helps us pull it out, a stranger cleans it, we take it home, and eat it. Not really "fishing," is it? XDD [/color]

OMG you poor guys.In Canada, you need a fishing license as well, as well as being at an official fishing spot. Actually, I'm not to sure about the second part.
However, since I'm Native American, Treaty Band #8 (LOL), I'm allowed to fish anywhere without a fishing license, as long as it isn't in a wildlife preserve. Like Wood Buffalo National Park.
The fishing I do is at the mouth of a river : D Where we catch our own fish, take out the hooks ourselves, use our own bait, bring it home and fillet it ourselves, then then eat some of it and freeze the other 5 lol

I HAVE RETURNED.
With a full-leg purple cast.
So my surgery was a success. I just have to wear a massive cast for 6 weeks. I shall be spending mucho time lying in my mom's bed (it's much more comfy), so I will have LOADS of time to post. I do believe this is a prime time to make threads and have them keep going, for I shall have no excuse not to post, and can keep this site active while the rest of the world is enjoying the last precious days of their summer holidays.
Woo!
